This location must have new owners because I've noticed a lot has changed over the past few months. They DO NOT accept coupons,... when almost every single other location in the city does. And they DO NOT honor cutting the foot long in half as a foot long,they make you pay for 2 6inches, again every other location does in the city. The amount of protein they put on your sandwich isridiculous. All you have is a veggie sandwich with lite sauce when they're done. Not worth the money. Everyone is polite and youcan tell no one wants to make your food that way, but the owners must keep a close eye on the food. GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION. The bread on my sandwich was so soft and tasted so fresh! It was as if I could eat the bread by itself. The sandwich was great!
Worst ever. For some reason I ended up getting charged $14+ for a 6 inch chicken bacon wrap combo. If I wasn't short on time... from my lunch break I would've gone back to see what was up with the pricing. Never going back..rip off. Read more
I use to like this location. I ordered a footlong tuna and it was only a small amount of tuna. I said something to the worker... about it. She told me it was four scoops. I have been eating subway for longer than she have been working and long before theowners even franchised a subway, not including me working at a subway. The owner was standing right next to her didn't say athing. The sandwich would have been anything, but bread and veggies. I politely told her don't worry about it and went to subwayin Walmart on College Dr and was given the correct amount of Tuna. Also my boyfriend brought me a steak sandwich, once again theamount was not correct just bread and veggies. Prices has gone up at subway and they are cutting the amount that is suppose tobe given to save money. If you are reading this by pass this subway. We work to hard for our money just to give it away. Update02/27/2022 still no response from owner. I ordered through door dash paid for extra tuna and cheese this time for only the tunato be on one half of the footlong. Two things that impressed me most about this sandwich were the extreme freshness of the bread, and the fresh cracked salt and... pepper. The portion of the egg and the steak could have been a little bit more. The steak flavor got lost in the rest of thesandwich. The bathroom was tidy. That says a lot. Read more
The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly even though the lady that waited on us wasn't paying close attention to what... we were ordering she managed to get the cheese wrong on only one of the sandwiches and if you're any thing like me I don't playabout my food especially when you (the employee) have to do it over... ???? Staff is amazing here, place is spotless, never a wait. I wish they had more $5 footlongs, though. Subway is getting so... expensive that I eat there far less than I used to. Read more
I?m absolutely disgusted by this store. I ordered two sandwiches for delivery due to having Covid. Got one sandwich which was... what I ordered. Got another sandwich which was not what I ordered also didn?t get two of our chips or cookies. I ordered asubway club did get one of the meats on it they put HALF of the container of black olives on this sandwich which was not orderdue to that person has a severe allergy to. Called the store was told we could either drive to the store and WATCH them remakethe sandwich. Or get free meat added to the sandwich next time we get food from there. After explaining the situation they gaveus the same stimulations. They stated they can?t do refunds. Said if we wanted to talk to the manager we could call back in twohours and we ?MIGHT? be able to talk to him. THEN THEY PROCEEDED TO HANG UP ON US.
