I?m actually genuinely upset I couldn?t give 0 stars for this awful service. This subway is only open till 4 and you think... they?d do their job but you?d be sadly mistaken. The employee continued to talk to her friend and not take my order and therewas no one in the restaurant and just actively waited for me to leave so they didn?t have to do their job. I hope this placeshuts down for the consistently bad service or the owner comes to their senses and just fires all the horrible workers they haveand gets Atleast one that is competent. Read more

The owner messed up my receipt and my change twice. The last time I was only telling the store manager it was OK but when the... line shortens to share with him I was still short....and then yelled and cussed at me gor holding uo his line because it wasindeed long. as I only asked for my correct change and then put me out of the store after yelling obscenities. Maybe because Iwas a woman and was attempted to correct his error. MAYBE because I'm black. I'm not sure. It was disrespectful and he wastotally wrong in the situation and will do it again all because he made a simple correctable error I wasn't supposed to catch itperhaps. Read more

Pretty much always have an issue at this location. The owner of the store is VERY rude. His personality is off-putting. He... moves at a snail's pace. 1) When he is not present, on two different occasions I've observed his employees loudly bad mouthinghim and his employment policies. They use curse words, they're loud, and the entire dining experience is affected by this. 2)When he is present he always does sketchy things with ringing up the bill. Once he's tried to charge me for double meat, when Idid not request it. Once I was charged for a steak and cheese when I ordered a cold cut combo. 3) Is not building sandwichesto spec. Will try to put less cheese on a foot long, and less ham. Today I ordered an Italian BMT. It's my understanding thata foot long should have four pieces of ham, folded. I got three pieces, not four. When I said something to him he said no thisis how it's supposed to be. Well, he's the only subway in the country who is doing it this way. All in all, I can assure you -it takes a lot to upset me. But this guy is a real piece of work. He's not operating with the quality of service and productsthat Subway is known for. If you need further evidence, just look at the google reviews. Absolutely the worst subway that I?ve ever been to, if not the worst in the nation. The staff was beyond rude. I was told that... the herb and cheese bread was ?not ready, but ima give it to you anyways.? I asked nicely for any other bread that was fullycooked, and got a ?naw this is wat you gettin.? I didn?t want to be confrontational so I didn?t argue. The bread is doughy;absolutely disgusting. Management needs to look seriously at their staff and do some re-training. Totally unacceptable. I called in advance to confirm I would be able to use a coupon (free 6in sub with purchase of 30oz drink), was prompted by... employee to redeem it with a 5min timer after redeeming only to learn I could not redeem it. Tried calling after to speak tomanager or get his name. This location tried to put the phone to the side and I was not able to reach them and heard backgroundnoise the whole time. Called corporate and they allowed me to have another coupon for my trouble. In conclusion, especiallyafter reading other reviews, this is not the location to support. Drive down the road to another location before you have tospend more time than I did only to waste a perfectly good coupon. The manager is supposed to call me in response to mycomplaint. I will update my review after I receive the phone call. It should take no longer than 2 business days to be reachedaccording to corporate. I will update regardless. Read more

Location is on the ground floor of One America Place between Smoothie King and Times-Pic office. I agree with the other reviewer... regarding the staff- they're always polite and attentive. This location is WAY better than the other downtown Subway at Thirdand North Blvd where staff are consistently rude. My problem with this place is the sandwich oven. I think it might be broken.By the time I get back to my desk sandwiches are always lukewarm. Cold sandwiches are good. Hot sandwiches are good. But alukewarm sandwich...I lose my appetite after a couple bites. I think they know something is wrong because they always microwavethe chicken on my sandwich before putting it on the bread and in the oven. Fix that, and consider opening on weekends or atleast staying open until 7pm, and this place will be perfect. Read more
