Fast food service is so unpredictable these days so I may end up charging this review, but they definitely earned 5 stars for my... past few visits. This location is extremely horrible on its customer service. I would not recommend doing mobile orders as they will not have it... ready and will say that their system is down. They will close at 9 PM and stand outside and talk about fighting while they laughat customers who pull up thinking they're open. There is maybe 1 or 2 good staff members out of the whole group. This storeshould be shut down. It is not a good representation of Taco Bell. Read more
Had multiple bad experiences on multiple occasions here. One time me and my crew were told that taco bell cant do separate... orders. MY FAVORITE SNOWBALL STAND CAN DO SEPARATE ORDERS. Another time my crew went to this open to 2 am location at 11 pm andwhen we got to the speaker, they told us to just pull up to the window. After this we waited for about 10 minutes before weleft. As we were leaving we saw multiple workers sitting in the dining area doing NOTHING. DO YOUR JOB. Read more
They're lucky you can't give half a star. My order was a chalupa box with 3 chk Chipotle melts. I have an ice cold chalupa and 3... tic tac sized chk melts. Hard AF too. How you gonna charge almost $6 for 3 chicken tictacs? Read more
I ordered a mobile order at this location and I am a vegetarian so I ordered a black bean burrito. My husband picked up my... order and specified for them to make sure they use BLACK BEANS. When he got home and I bit in to it there was ground beef veryclearly mixed in with the black beans. That was not part of my order and when I tried to call them to tell them about this issueTHEY PICKED UP MY CALL AND LET THE RECEIVER JUST SIT WHILE I TALKED. No one talked to me during the call and all I heard waspeople in the background working. I tried again multiple times to connect with them and they didn?t answer. My order was wrong. I had to go to the door and knock. The manager's attitude was horrible rolling her eyes she said, "well... whats wrong with it?" How about EVERYTHING, including you! I ordered beef and got chicken. There was so much cheese it poppedout of the wrapper. I had to open it all of the way trying to find the beef; that was chicken, too!
