Wish I could give it a zero. For whatever reason getting a reservation there at somewhere close to an appropriate time is... impossible. Their Open Table site hasn’t worked for months. I have tried to get a reservation at 5:30 and told nothing wasavailable. Drove by the parking lot at 5:30-5:45 and you could turn a big rig around in it. Food is good but not that great. I ordered an appetizer, the fried green tomatoes with hollandaise sauce and lump crab. It looked pretty! The fried green... tomatoes were not seasoned at all. I seasoned them with salt and pepper but it didn’t help the flavor. I don’t know if theyfried them in old grease but the flavor was not good. The hollandaise sauce wasn’t that good either. GREAT food here. Had the grilled tuna with steamed broccoli and the side Italian salad. Lobster bisque was some of the best... I've had. Server was Mike and he was super friendly and helpful. Co-worker had the lasagna and said it was wonderful. If youare in the mood for Italian, this is your restaurant. Read more
It took a while to get our bottle of wine, but as always the food was amazing!! We had a great time. And will be back.
The Italian bread with the Olive tapenade and the roasted garlic is a must. The aricine was very good. The calamari was also... wonderful. The sensation salad !! Wow the dressing was perfection. The eggplant napoleon was very rich. The lasagna washomemade and I enjoyed it. Read more
One of the best Italian places in Baton Rouge. Their bread is to die for. Make sure you make a reservation if you can for dinner... they can get busy. Mary was our waitress and she was terrific. Food was delicious. Read more
