What a wonderfully run establishment. Husband and wife team have really invested in their people and it shows in the service.... Fast, Friendly, and Fresh. Tropical Smoothie may be a franchise, but this is the cleanest one I?ve been to. Just a short drivefrom the interstate, we stopped on our way back to Texas. Good food, incredibly slow. I love the food and smoothies here. But every time I come here, the drive through line is... ridiculously slow. I?ve never been to such a slow ?fast food? restaurant. And you can?t dine inside. Read more
I went this weekend. The lady who was taking orders was rude and I had to wait 10 minutes to place my order through the drive... through. After that I had to wait an there 20 more minutes to get my order. The food was good and the smoothie was awful hadchunks left in as if the it wasn't blended fully. I didn?t realize Tropical Smoothie Cafe had a variety of food items like sandwiches and wraps. I ordered some Chicken Caprese... sandwiches with some kale slaw and they were both really good. Oh, the smoothies are too and the staff are great. Great food,great service! Read more
