Open 24 hours my ... I pull up and the door is locked. Someone comes sauntering out and then a woman with a lot of missing teeth... pops her head out a takeout window and said they are cleaning up they will open back in 20 minutes. I said I thought ya'll wereopen 24 hrs. She said "we moppin' and waiting on next shift to come in. What???? They need to stop turning away business. I knowmanagement and the owner wouldnt like that a3³A woman who pulled up with me said this is everyday! This is unacceptable. If Ican clean and work a bar with customers inside, so can they!!! If I could rate 0, I would. All the booths were empty and dirty except 1, they told us we?d have to sit at counter. It?s almost... 1pm, they then immediately told us they were closed until 2. Tight Waffle House was open 24 hours?!?! Read more
We literally waited for 45 minutes for tables to be cleaned. Tried to sit down and one of the ladies was like ?you can?t sit... there because it hasn?t been cleaned,? She then proceeded to not clean the tables until everyone in her section left 30 minuteslater. The only reason I?m not giving it a 1 star review is because of one guy who was waiting on us and seemed to be doingliterally everything by himself. Food was OK but when I got home and opened up my order it wasn't what I ordered. I ordered GRITS and bacon and 2 once over easy... eggs. Got GRITS and chopped up sausage instead bacon strips and scrambled eggs on top of the GRITS. They added cheese into myGRITS. It looked like mush. Their was a lot of grease in my container. Tried to call them and let them know they messed up myorder but they don't answer their phones. Tried 5 times that day and at least that many times the next day. Still no answer. Obviously didn't want any customers! No greeting as most do. One empty table that was not cleaned off yet. We sat down in hopes... they would clean it off. Sat there for almost 10 minutes as staff just looked at us. Then waitress as she was serving othersgave us evil look and with attitude said it would be awhile before she could clean off table and we should have sat at counterwhere it was already clean. My sister asked if she wanted us to move and she said yes! We looked at the counter and it was alsodirty so we left. Never ate anything. Don't recommend!!! Read more
Stopped in here as we were passing through town. Every single person that worked here was so friendly and kind and make us feel... so welcome. Service was exceptional and food was better then ever. The atmosphere was so refreshing and light. Richie was thebest and we just loved his personality. Neisha was quick and so nice. Thank you!! Read more
They?re not nearly as attentive as the staff at other Waffle House restaurants I?ve been to. Examples include the waffle was... served without butter. The hash browns were served without ketchup. I had to ask for coffee 3 times and am still waiting. Still,it?s a good value and the food is good. Read more
The lobby was closed, but they have a walk up to go window so I ordered and before I knew it, my food was ready. The food was... good, but I wish the lobby was open. Read more
