Ordered chicken nuggets and an Asiago ranch club. Chicken nuggets were good but when I bit the chicken sandwich I could not... fully bite through it as something was in my sandwich. Why do I keep coming back to this Wendy's? I guess because it is on my way home. I always wait too long for the simplest of... orders (for 1 or 2 people) - today, I was the second person in the drive thru at 11:15, and I have been waiting for my food for20 minutes. The last time I waited this long, the woman at the window asked me to back up, then pull forward to the windowagain (I was the only car in line) - I think this might be a way that they can reset some sort of timer that measures howquickly they get your food to you? Ridiculous service. 5+ people just standing around and not taking orders from drive through speaker or window. Several cars... waiting. Tried to go in and the dining room door was locked. Finally, after going back around, got service, got no explanationor apology for the wait. Instead I was met with eye rolls and nasty attitudes. Manager included. I won?t be returning. Read more

First, the service was horrible the lady in the drive thru was very aggressive and rude taking our order, the patty was cold ,... the chicken nuggets tasted hard & cold after the first bite couldn?t even eat it, they usually have good frosty?s this time theice cream was very melty, this was just overall horrible that food should not have been sent out . Only thing was ok was fries &I think b/c we ordered fries with No salt. So with poor customer service and food quality I will not be returning to thisWendy?s . Read more

Went through the drive thru to get one single large frosty. No other cars in line, took them damn near 20 mins to take my order.... Finally took my order and then they half way filled the LARGE cup with frosty. This place is unbelievable. Unprofessional andrude as all get out. Will definitely be calling Wendy?s corporate and letting them know how this location operates. Definitelyneeds new management. Read more

What can you expect from fast food chains these days? The service was mediocre, but I'm just grateful that they weren't rude.... The good was okay. It wasn't hot, but what's new..fast food is rarely anything other than mediocre. Read more

Check your bag and then check it again. Don't leave this place until you've literally counted your items and opened your burgers... because I can almost 100% guarantee you something will be wrong. There is zero quality control. The two burgers I ordered werebarely cooked all the way through and one was definitely not what I ordered. The drive-thru line takes a RIDICULOUS amount oftime to get through. Just don't waste your time coming to this particular Wendy's. You'll thank me later! The burger in thepicture should have been a bacon cheddar burger. There's no bacon on it! Also, there are fried onions on it?! Why?! Read more

The pretzel bun was excellent! The meat patty was very good. The fried onions and bacon were very good. The food lube mayo/sauce... was not appetizing. I should have had them leave that off. The fries were not fresh. But I will be back to try it again withoutthe sauce. That pretzel bun was one of the best I've had. Read more
