The food was good. But the wait time to have my order ready is to long.. When i'm the only customer and no To go orders.
The order took more than double the time the website said to get ready and we came and picked it up ourselves. The workers... looked unenthusiastic. Additionally, I got a headache from the restaurant phone ringing multiple times when no one answered it.Very unprofessional to let it ring for minutes on end before answering it. I stoped ordering wings to pick up because no matter what time the wings r suppose to be ready , u will wait up to a hour to get... them. Since u have to pay online , can?t get your money back. Would give them a zero if possible. Walked in, everyone in the back. Another customer walks in a couple minutes later. Bam, they... rush to the 2nd customer and ignores me. Called in my order and got there a few minutes early. Staff was very polite and inviting. Food was better than other Wingstops.... Enjoyed my experience at this location and hope to make it back to this area for lunch again. Read more

Service is good when that lil girl is working. Looks like she actually wants to run an establishment one day. Besides that my... order is always wrong or not even received before I arrive. cmon its not that hard guys. I've worked for $12 an hour before too.It gets better, show some pride. Read more
