Considering that when I went there, it was trick or treating time on Halloween night, and that they were probably short staffed,... they did beyond excellent. They took our order and then had it ready for us before I could get back from the restroom. (I'm aguy, so even though I wash my hands extra well, that's still pretty fast). The food was not only good, it was great. Not onlywas it exactly the way we ordered it, it was absolutely delicious! I did have to go back to the counter to ask for some ketchupbecause they didn't have a ketchup station, but that also means that they don't waste any packets that aren't needed. Plus, theyhad one of those special Coca-Cola drink mixer stations that although it didn't have the strawberry flavoring to make myfavorite soft drink, it did allow me to make cherry-vanilla Dr. Pepper, which is still highly specialized, so the degree ofavailable soft drink choices is definitely noted and greatly appreciated. The food was delicious, I tried the Kickin Chicken sandwich and loved it. It definitely goes on the repeat menu. The real value... was the service, it was friendly, with smiles and sincerity. The team makes you feel like an individual that they want to makehappy and not just like someone passing through. I would eat there for the service alone. Thanks for a great Mel and a greatvisit. 1st time was in zachary, I got the Cobb salad & fried pickles. The salad was full but only 2 small PCs of bacon, but ate off of... it three times! The fried pickle was good, the batter stayed on, was crunchy with good taste, just not enough. Approx 12/$4.99?Something like that! They offer a free snack meal as app sign on. Two things wrong: 1. Time frame to redeem needs to be longer.2. Why must it be redeemed in-store? Management at the Millerville Rd store needs to take a course in customer satisfaction! Went to the Millerville location 6:00 I ordered 10 wings spicy 10 wings sweet 2 fries and a coke. When she gave me the bag I... could tell nothing was hot pulled back around and ask if I could get some hot wings because those were cold and hard. Also onlygot one cold fry. Well pulled up he brought the wings out and they felt hot but no fries. I ask why I didn?t get a fry and thatmy other fry was cold could I get two hot ones well that made him sigh so I said never mind I will pull back around and ordertwo more that I had to pay for. When I pulled up to the window I ask if I could get hot fries I heard her tell them I wanted hotwell I did not get hot they were cold and old. Got home with my 38.00 wings I thought were hot well the top few were but thebottom ones were hard and cold so I tried to chew my jerky chicken and eat my old and cold fries needless to say I want be goingback this is the second time this has happened I want be spending my hard earned money on this mess ever again and I have spentlots here. I'm not sure what went wrong with this location. But tonight was the worst ever. For whatever reason our to go order had no... fries. Huh? Why? My sweet tea was hot, hardly any ice. The chicken was dry, tough and small. And def overcooked. The slaw wasjust thrown in the container with the chicken and toast. Not in a cup. Therefore all the liquid from the slaw spilled over tothe chicken. Which then made for soggy, slaw sauce soaked, tough chicken, ugh Mine was in a separate compartment, which stillleaked. My husband's was next to the chicken. Ummm first off, consistency? Secondly, his was soaked in liquid. This isunacceptable. It's a good thing we live close. My husband has to drive back up there to get the fries. He took it all with him.They just sent fries. So now our tough, dry, slaw soaked chicken, overcooked was COLD. Read more

Over the past month Zaxby's has become one of my favorite places! I usually get the garden house salad with lite ranch dressing.... I've probably been there about 8 times this month. Their spicy fried mushrooms are pretty tasty as well. Read more
