Ordered our food waited a few minutes they put the sandwiches on a tray 10 minutes later they tried to give us fries and I said... you can't leave our sandwiches on trays for that long. So is something back to get remade and the manager tried microwavingthem. No heat lamps on the fry's. They did not give us a problem getting a refund. Read more

I wasn't given a receipt, but we went through on 9/16 at 6:15pm. The fries were only half full, and my son's nuggets were really... sad looking. On top of that the young man, who acted as though he was in charge, was rude to the other employee and we couldhear him. This location use to be great, but not tonight. Read more
I used to go there everyday after work. But i will never go back to that Arbys. My sandwich was a mess with no cheese. I got the... prime rib cheesesteak. Also you have a manager that is very unprofessional and not pleasant. Last Tuesday the 6th of Septemberthat manager did not open until after 2pm but she was there at 9am. We ordered our food, heat lamp wasn't on. The lady at the counter put our food on the tray and then sat it back on the counter.... Then was bagging everything for driver thru. She need to wait for fries. So instead of giving us our food and bringing ortelling us our fries were done, she let our food get cold. Our food was on the counter for about 5 min.
