We came through the drive thru at around 12:30 and order a couple 24oz drinks, the person running the window was super friendly... and nice but the person making the drinks was very rude, we were handed two 20oz drinks instead of 24oz and when we mentioned itthe person in the back rolled their eyes and had an attitude, then asked for the two 20oz drinks back just to pour them into24oz cups with more ice and hand them back, we paid for a 24oz drink, not 20oz with 4oz of ice. I feel bad for the personworking the register for having to work with someone so rude and unprofessional. Read more

Okay I gave it two stars because the coffee was definitely on point but I just went back to get my replacement Bagel sandwich... and it was horrible the bagel was burnt they barely put any cream cheese on my bagel they gave me two slices of turkey meat andtwo little bitty pieces of bacon I am extremely angry because this was a replacement Bagel that they messed up on the day beforeand not to mention the line was sooooo long it was just awful Read more
It is always nice to have a coffee with really good choices of different coffee drinks. And a bonus to have good food too. But... it sets a place apart when they are professional, friendly, and FAST. That is what makes this Biggby a great choice for mycaffeine fix...morning, noon, or night! Read more
REALLY liked the white lightning (white mocha) one of the best I?ve had!!
This place was insanely busy today due to the Air Festival and the barristas here were so nice, apologetic for the wait, the... whole nine. Watching them work while I wait for my coffee told me all I needed to know; they worked incredibly quickly andskillfully just busting out orders and I'm certain I got my drink as fast as humanly possible.
