Today I went into Bob Evans with my family (3) for breakfast. We expected the normal wait because it is always busy. A half hour... goes by and a gentleman and his son walks in. A waitress comes out from behind the counter and ask for his phone. Comes back 2minutes later and gives his phone back. The gentleman and the son go over to the left and were seated. There was at least 25people waiting to be seated and they walked in and got seated right away. After seeing that we left and so did 3 othercouples/families. I will not be going back and its seriously sad. Honestly way to go Battle Creek Bob Evans you have upstandingemployees. Please give them a raise. ???? Read more
The waitress was nice and quick. The food was delicious. The came on plates that were too large for the portion size. The... portions were good but the plate was so big it looked like you were being cheated. I had the chicken fingers they pretty good,not the best but ok. Read more
Food was excellent!! Server was friendly. They were a little short staffed but most places are these days. The food took awhile... to arrive at the table, but was worth the wait!! The place was cold. I was grateful for my sweatshirt. Yum! Read more
Our server was very nice!!It was her first day & the cooks were giving her a hard time by misplacing getting her tickets. Very Busy and shorthanded, but the 20 minute wait to get a table was made worth it when we met our server "Comfort!" She was... right on her job, super friendly and even gave me a hug that was greatly appreciated! It was a very nice meal, very generous portion sizes. Everything tasted very good and the server was very friendly and helpful,... my daughter is sort of shy talking to anyone and she seemed very relaxed with her. 1st time at a Bob Evans. The staff was so friendly and hard working. Out server, Maria (spelling?) Was so kind. They were short... on staff so the manager was cooking and we were informed it would be a bit and were given delicious banana bread while wewaited. The food actually hit the table before we finished the banana bread and it was excellent, really hit the spot. Wish Icould have helped, but they all did a great job on a crunch. Thank you all!
