I wasn?t understood by any cashiers and when I tried to make the order simpler they managed to still get the order wrong. (Mind... you I wasn?t loud, I wasn?t rude) I was just confused on how they didn?t get the order right. Again when I proceeded to tellthem that I was missing another meal that was the same, the manager came up and reinsured me that I was going to get my meal,he did. But as we blindly and truthfully trust that they were going to get the same meat, we didn?t, they gave us a burger withmad mushrooms (which I am deadly allergic). They constantly forgot the burgers on my door dash order. They'll blame it on the driver, but 2 days in a row with no burgers... is hard to swallow. The food I did receive was good. But without the burgers it's kinda of an empty win. If I'm annoyed withyou on the phone, maybe it's because of your dismissive tone. I ordered door dash to have checkers delivered a few times lately and they can't ever seem to put an order together properly.... Everything either gets insanely skimped on or items will just be missing entirely. Im missing 1/3 of my entire order, and thisis what my hot dogs looked like. This place does not have any consistency except being a headache. It's unfortunate becausetheir food is good when someone makes it right and makes sure you have what you ordered, but that doesn't seem to be in therealm of reality here. Read more
The chicken was very dry today. Tastes/feels like it was dried out to begin with, seasoned and put in a warmer for 30 min. Only... 1 straw for 2 drinks and no bbq for either order. Our dasher was kind but this wasn't worth the money. Read more
Been over 15 years since I had been to a Checkers! So, of course, I had to try it! Still as good as I remember. All the food... came out hot and delicious. The loaded fries were especially good! They have great combo deals and good prices. I woulddefinitely come back next time in the area! Read more
Noticed a couple people complain about orders via doordash getting messed up. It is even worse for the doordash drivers. It is a... walk up window with NO blockage of extreme heat/sun in the summer or cold/snow/rain/wind in the winter. PLUS the drivers aretreated like the scourge of the earth. Although, honestly, this is common in a lot of restaurants or at least by some staff evenif not all employees. Tonight (Nov 21, 2022), I received a pickup from this location. It was five (5) minutes before I evenarrived and checked in. The order was larger than average for checkers but not as big as some I have picked up. A coupleMINUTES after I arrived, a car pulled to the drive thru (FYI - there were zero customers waiting when I checked in). Their orderwas completed and the car drove off before the 'young lady' with her colorful hair walked over and informed me it could beseveral more minutes before my order was finished. They stopped working on my order while I stood in the cold to start, finishand serve a drive thru customer sitting in a warm car. I left. I wish I could find a way to block this location so I would neverbe sent there again to put up with employees like this location hires. Read more
