We were advised upon arrival that they were short of kitchen staff, so the food might take longer than usual. This ended up not... being the case. Our drinks were always replaced before they were empty, the food was timely and fresh, and our waitress (Nicki)was FANTASTIC!! She was friendly, professional, and accommodating. She was knowledgeable of the menu and kept busy withoutneglecting her customers. 12/3 visit was much less impressive in regards to service. I had to get up and get my own silverwareand straw after requesting it twice. It would be safe to say we saw our waitress every 20 minutes or so and received moreattention from the staff who was running her food. I wish we had requested a different section. Read more

My experience at the BC Chili's is only tainted by the number of staff, some days. Food is always good. Staff is always great.... The only problem is the number of staff working. I think they changed something up to increase money making potential of thosewho are working and sometimes to the detriment of customers. It takes longer to get food and service. Would not recommend going to the restaurant ever. Wait staff was okay but the kitchen was awful. I ordered one of the bacon... burgers and they didn't put any bacon on it and sent it out because they had no bacon and didn't tell me hoping I wouldn'tnotice. Took over an hour and a half to get my food. Should have realized before I went in that no one was there on a Saturdaynight. Wonder why..... but my kid did like his pizza so I guess 1 star is OK. I have dined at this Chilis for a while and have never had a problem. However tonight the manager was very rude. When she took... our drink order and I had said we were ready to order if she was ready. She looked at me and said, and I quote, ?Does it looklike I?m your server? Hell no I don?t want to take your order?. I find that very disrespectful. I think that could have beensaid in a lot nicer way. Read more

The last 5 times over the past 2 years that we have been there, the food has been cold and the service mediocre at best. Last... week we went in and we were seated quickly (we always are) and a super nice waitress took our drink/food order. She did make acouple of mistakes but took ownership of it and fixed the mistakes quickly. The food was fantastic and it was fresh andhot. Definitely will be putting them on our restaurant rotation! Food was hot but only because it was all in foil? caused my husband steak to be well done and he wanted medium; caused alllll... the seasonings for my corn to be ON the foil ??????????? and my quesadilla doesn?t look fresh. Need a new operations manger Read more

I only gave 2 stars because the Margaritas were good and so was our server Torrey. Our order took over 40 minutes to get to us... and then the fajitas didn't have any chicken in it and my whole meal was cold.The manager Marissa DID NOT EVEN COME TO OUR TABLE to apologize or make things right she left it on our poor server who was doing the best that he could and then when they wentto remake our order they were out of mushrooms so we had to wait 40 more minutes so they could go get more mushrooms. They didcomp our meal but it was our server Torrey that had to explain to us that they were going to do it and it should have been themanager Marissa. Sadly I will not be back ???? Read more
