Absolutely phenomenal. I really don't get the bad reviews they were amazing and they always delivered my food!
The gentleman I spoke to was so rude even said ma'am could you please just shut up for a minute When I said that I couldn't hold... he puts me on hold and then when he picks backup he says we're no longer taking orders we're closing this was at 12:56 AM whenhe said that they close at 1 but I had called at 12 40 44 and was on hold forever They lack proper management training respectto a customers who pay to keep that business up and running and give these people a job the owner really needs to check that Read more
I don't understand all the bad reviews on here. I've been going there for years and everything has always been perfect. It could... be that I pick it up instead of have delivered. Decided to try it out for the first time. Ordered online via their website for pickup order 2 hours before the designated pickup... time. Went to pick it up and was told they never received it. I found the confirmation email and showed them the confirmationhoping to see if maybe it got mixed up and the employees got angry about it. Tonight the family decided they wanted to try something different from pizza hut or little caesars so we try happys pizza. We... order delivery placed order at 630 was told up to 55 minutes for delivery okay no big deal 653 they call take my card info tellme 45 minutes to an hour 809 still nothing I call happys tell them I'm trying to figure out what is going on with my order hadit even left yet the guy on the other end of the phone never asked a name nothing just said yeah she left 31 minute's ago FYIhappys is literally a 12 minute drive from my house.
