I normally like Mancinos and talk em up. But I ordered a Taco Salad today, sat down and put my hair up before eating, so I know... it wasnt mine, but I found a long hair in my food. No one was wearing hair nets in there today. They're always working theirbutts off, but I would ask that people please wear hair nets if you prep the food. Read more

Disappointed! Picked up Chicken Nachos to go and the cheese and nacho chips were both so hard. Shredded cheese was hard like... melted plastic and chips were hard like they used stale chips. Although I've never had chicken nachos from this restaurant,I've had shredded cheese nachos before. Unfortunately, they baked "my" order of nachos wayyyy too long. I live less than 10 minsaway. Customer service lady asked me have I ever had their nachos before and was told I should have consumed them when they werehot. If not, the cheese would get hard. When asked if I could get my order re-made, I was told with an attitude no you just needto order for dine in next time. I even asked if I could exchange for a sandwich. No lunch for me, just fresh lettuce, tomatoesand olives on hard chicken nachos today. Overall the nachos look great, but definitely poor customer service. If I could givethem no stars I would. I'm sure they could afford to give rotten customer service since there are only a few places worth eatingat here in Battle Creek. Read more
*** STEAR CLEAR *** I have come here many times and seem to always have trouble. The business has definitely become cheap. The... employees are not well trained. Measuring each peice of meat? Not toasting the grinder? Why keep calling it a grinder then? Totop it all off, management offers no solutions. They make the amounts smaller and the prices higher, it is clear this company isnot out to satisfy customers. Going in this time my grinder was not that at all, but a sawgy skinny sandwich with no cheese and2 slices of meat. When I call and ask for a refund, they tell me they can't do that. One of my favorite place for lunch. Italian sub is my favorite. Great food quality and decent pricing.
