The night I went, I spent 12 minutes in line at drive through. The employee apologized for the long wait, and explained there... were only 3 employees working due to the whole second shift calling off. The food was edible but a little on the crispy side. This is usually a good place to stop to grab something quick when we head to the lake. Hope they get their staffing issuesaddressed. Read more
We did mobile order for 6 people and it was ready in 15min. Fast service as intended.
My order was 921 on 10/27/22. They were having problems with making my mocha frappe but did not communicate that to me. 20 min... after I received my food I heard the gm in the blue shirt state she didn't have time to spend on 1 drink because it was so busyand walked away from the machine. Not even asking me if I wanted something in place of it. I eventually got the drink. I guess Idon't have time to stop at this location anymore since she didn't have the time for 1 drink. Also my quarter pounder was madewith a regular patty instead of the quarter pounder patty. So I paid quarter pounder prices for a regular hamburger. Don't cometo this location. The nuggets were really good but the burger was cold. Cheese on the burger wasn't melted and it just didn't taste that good. The... fries were just ok, they were fresh but the oil they were cooked in was just a little to old which made the fries a little todark. Read more
The only reason I gave one star is because it wouldn't allow me to make a comment. The food was horrible it was cold. I ask for... no salt so that they would make it fresh. The only good thing about my visit is the restaurant was clean. The service suckedI'll never stop here again unless I have to use the restroom really bad. Read more
This place was disturbing: absolutely no one at the counter. No one greeted us at all. While I waited for my food (I entered on... kiosk) I noticed that the donut/pastry display had bugs inside it all over the food. I told the girl with dark medium lengthhair (no name tag) that there are bugs crawling on the pastries. She said ?yup we know, but the morning crew refuses to dealwith it and we can only do so much? Unbelievable!! We (truck drivers) drive all day long and come here for showers and bug freefood. Now I?m going to inspect my food they gave me. Seriously something major wrong Read more
Staff were very pleasant. Service was great. But for some reason an American McDonald's burger (both beef and chicken) tastes... different than a Canadian one. Not sure if they season them differently or what but the kids especially weren't impressed. Read more
This is my favorite McDonald's location of all time, the staff are always super nice.
