We always stop at Moonrakers for Walleye when we are in town. They have the best and biggest walleye sandwich in town! There is... a nice, open bar area with televisions showing whatever sports you're into, open seating for dining and a covered patio withseating overlooking the water. They have beer on tap and a full menu of beer and cocktails. You can also play Keno if you'reso inclined. Moonrakers is getting five stars for the great food, great service and delicious food! I have to say that this is the 2nd time we have been and our orders have just not been rung up correct. They always forget to... ring in 2 meals in our party. So we go and sit down there is 11 of us and only 9 people get food that is not delivered togetherand takes 2 hours to get. All tables that were around us came in after and got their food and was leaving by the time some of usgot our food I have tried you twice will not give another chance. Read more

I want to give a shout out to server Brandi who works here. I stopped for dinner after a long day and she was the best. Very... pleasant, attentive and quick on service. My meal was delicious and I love the new interior! It is so much brighter and open. Very nice and I will be stopping more often due to this pleasant experience. The blackened salmon was delicious! Place looked a little sketchy on the outside, the inside looked to be freshly redone though. I could still smell the newness of... the interior when I used the restroom. Place was very clean, had a great selection of cold beer on tap and the food was great.Definitely a good spot to get a bite to eat before or after visiting Binder Park Zoo. Read more

I've seen advertising for this place for years but had never made it in. Really wish I had. The atmosphere was wonderful and... friendly staff although my waitress wasn't super attentive. I was very impressed with the breaded mushrooms (home made). TheBuffalo wrap was good although it was made with processed patties instead of something fresh. Over all I was very happy withthis place and plan to return any time I have a reason to be in the area. Another thing I am very happy with is the fact thatthe owner responded to my review, even though when I originally posted it I was in a hurry and just left stars. It shows theyhave an actual interest in their business and reputation. Hopefully now that our some of our freedom has been restored yourbusiness will excell. Read more
