Ordered a Tuna Sandwich to-go last evening. Got home to find there was no Tuna ????. The rest of the order was fabulous.
This is the second time this month that the battle creek store has forgotten our order and didn't give us what we ordered. I no... longer will do business here. So long Panera battle creek. I think these food chain restaurants should seriously look atcustomer service in Battle Creek. Its definitely failing. Read more

Terrible customer service. Ordered a Frontera Chicken sandwich while on a road trip. Once we actually opened the sandwich, we... discovered it was a child size grilled cheese. Called the store; they had just closed. They said they couldn?t do a refund. We were offered a coupon for a menu item we didn?t want. Contacted management, who got back to us days later saying the onlyway that could do a refund (for our online order for which we had provided an order number) was for us to come back in to thatstore with the receipt. Explained we lived hundreds of miles away. No further response from Panera. If they?d looked at myorder history, they would have seen that I was a frequent buyer who had never previously complained. A simple refund would havetaken care of this (or even a store credit or coupon for the sandwich we originally ordered). I?m deeply frustrated and will bedining elsewhere going forward. Read more

Soup served cold.... When we asked them to warm it up we were told to do it ourselves in the microwave. We should have done it... own grilled cheese too.... Soggy bread with what appeared to be Cheez Whiz sprayed in it.... All of this for only $25!! SAveyour money or better yet...go somewhere else! Read more
