The store in battle creek ive never had a problem with. The call centers they force you to use, on the other hand are terrible.... Have had other problems but today they tried to tell me they couldn't accept a cash order for carryout, asked to be transferedto the store directly and the guy said ok I'll do that and hung up on me. and then when I drove across town the store gladlyaccepted my cash. And didn't know why they would refuse a cash carryout order. Also used to make cash orders online, they tookthat feature away too. Wouldn't be a big deal if I could call the store directly but they make it next to impossible to getahold of your local store Read more

Brittany R delivered my pizza and left it sitting in the cold on my steps. She didn't knock or ring the door bell. She was... supposed to hand me the pizza since I didn't ask for no contact. I'm glad I tipped her $6 to be lazy and irresponsible. Icalled to speak to a manager but they put me on hold, too bad I'm busy warming up my pizza so I guess I'll just never order fromthis company again. Read more
