9/4/2022 husband called in order 6:15 told it would be ready in 10 minutes, I arrived at 6:30, paid for meal and got cinnamon... buns (6). Saw customer come back and turn I'm meal as it was wrong, mayo/no mayo issue on several sandwiches, 2nd time broughtback. I then waited till 7:15 and asked when my order would be ready. It was sitting there cold on the shelf. I walked outgit half way home and called to express my frustration. Asked how best re-heated and was told, I don't know. Offered to get mea hit meal on Tuesday, told him I would talk with owner. This is not you Normal quality, get it together. Read more

Having to wait over 20 minutes for two pizzas is ridiculous. Seems like too much chatter and joking around than getting orders... out. Will head to beckley rd location next time. Read more

The Au jus from the french dip- seems a bit too condensed (thicker n saltier than it should be) I could barely get my teeth... through what seemed like stale bread. I used to love your feench dip - but the last couple of times Ive ordered it were not sogreat. Read more
