Was way better than the subway on Columbia avenue. Courteous staff that doesn?t complain, actually are nice and talk while they... make your sub instead of complain to each other, plus they accept coupons. Will definitely pick this over Columbia avenuesubway. Read more
Went there yesterday to get a footlong steak and cheese. They did not have steak so they offered roast beef. They put four thin... slices of roast beef on the sandwich and the cheese and they charged $11. Which is very disappointing. Read more
Veggies looked bad!!. Guy at the cash registers accuse was because it was the end of the day. No. If they would cover up there... veggies like theyre supposed to do, it wouldnt go bad so fast. This subway is a joke compared to others. Read more
I just came back from picking up some subs from an awesome guy working a lonesome Sunday evening. I didn't catch his name but... he was working at 6pm on 11/29/2020. Our subs and my wrap looked absolutely killer!!! Picture worthy deluxe, it's nice to seethat there's still ppl out there taking a second to do their jobs fantastically. Read more
Waited 5 minutes for service. Was extremely rude to us. She was slamming things around and just threw things together. Said that... they dont chop the salads anymore even if asked to do so she refused to. Did not cut my bacon up. Put WAY to much spinach in thesalad and barely any veggies or meat. Was horrible. Probably one of the worst trips ive made. Not even a good day or thank youfor coming in or anything. Sad because I LOVED this subway in BC and I used to work here. Forgot to get the girls name but we had the best service today! She had red and black braids and was by herself. She was sooooo... fast and made our sandwiches extra good! She was very nice! Seriously made my wrap and a flatbread and checked us out in lessthan 5 mins! Read more
Food was good. The gentleman who made my sub was very nice. The lady at the register not as much. She was distracted. The... gentleman who made my sub had to gather all the stuff the lady forgot. Still a convenient Subway location for me, so I'm sureI'll be back. Read more
I came this morning around 1130am and there was no line so I should?ve been helped right away, instead I waited for almost 10... minutes and listened to the employee in the back talk to her ?friend? about her ?bedroom? experiences that were totallyinappropriate especially since i had my 4 year old with me!! After i said hello a few times she finally came to help me but withan attitude as if I wasn?t a paying customer that had ALREADY been patiently waiting. The service was horrible, the food had aweird chemical taste to it as if they are washing the glass with food in there. Idk but ill NEVER return this this subway , oreven ANY subway again after what I experienced today. Read more
