Horrible customer service...the guy just stood there and stared at us. They were out of bread choices & bacon. But still have to... pay full price for sub without bacon. Won't go back. Second bad experience there. Read more

This Subway store goes above and beyond all the other local locations in quality and service. Where most Subway stores are... putting less and less products on their sandwiches, this one continues to meet and even exceed their customers expectations. One specific employee (I believe his name is "Willie", goes the extra mile and engages each customer is very polite andenjoyable conversation while he prepares their orders. He even remembers repeat customers and greets each customer as theyenter the restaurant. This is our ONLY Subway store in the Battle Creek area, because of their great service and quality. Read more
My oldest son wanted some sweet tea and they are always out. They need to keep up on the tea just like every thing else
They were out of my favorite bread and also onions. My rewards card wouldn't work. Food tasted good and service was great.
The lady was wonderful. Great customer service and extremely friendly. Food was also delicious.
