My husband and I doordash. With this being said the manager that worked nov. 11 into early morning nov 12 was not the best. My... husband and I had to lose out on money and not only that the customer was unable to get their food because he felt it wasn?tfair when we had the messages saying it was okay to sub the meat or no meat all. Went through drive through, was rung up wrong and the order screen just has a few letters from your order so you can?t even tell... if it?s rang up right or not. Anyways noticed I was given the wrong order when I got home. 15 minutes left before closing so Icalled multiple times. 30 minutes straight actually no answer. Knowing it was past close I decided to drive by anyways themanger refused to even talk to me wouldn?t even at least ask for my name and the situation to leave for the gm so when I calledor came by I could get a remake or refund at least. Very rude. Came to order for a party and walked in dine in area while under construction and was told drive thru only. My truck... is 13ft and won't fit. It was as simple as punching my order in the register at the drive thru window and handing me my order. Staff was very lazy and just didn't care. Normally come here once a week or every other. Super unimpressed, went through the drive-thru with my girlfriend an hour and a half before she worked and I got a party pack... for nachos with steak and no beans. Come to find out as we are pulling out that they never even read our order and decided tojust make it regular so I go into the lobby after this information was revealed to me to find out there's five other peoplewaiting on their orders. I've worked at Taco Bell's before and they get timed on there drive-thru and it's a ranking system andsupposedly they were ranked highest when I was working and I think the reason is for them only be concerned with the drive-thruand none of the customers up front. I talked to one of the ladies there and she explained she had been waiting for 20 minutes.Extremely disappointed. Had only 20 minutes before I had to bring my girlfriend to work, I would not recommend this Taco Bell toanyone in the area. It's always this one that's been messing up recently. Read more
