Every time I come here it takes 20 minutes of sitting in a drive through for them to screw you over on your order. Total b.s.... worst Taco Bell. They should have their franchise name stripped from them. I came from a city with the busiest Taco in theMidwest that does 40 times the business and they get through the line 3x quicker with minimal mistakes. What a joke Read more
I went through the drive-through this evening and ordered a crunch wrap supreme, and a black bean crunch wrap with NO cheese and... a couple of bean burritos. Upon driving away I look at my order and I got a crunch wrap with maybe a teaspoon of beef, andlettuce, and a crunch wrap with no black bean and CHEESE. And bean burritos that were 70% tortilla with a small amount of bean.After going back into the restaurant to at least get the black bean crunch wrap fixed I was told ? we are out of black beans? soyou just decided for me that I was going to get a cheese wrap and not tell me instead of telling me when I ordered that you didnot have black beans? Was also told you had no potatos, and no Baja blast? I am understanding of inventory issues but to giveme some random order just because is completely unacceptable! This location isn't nearly as good as the Columbia Ave. location. My wife ordered a chicken quesadilla, there wasn't hardly any... chicken. My burrito Supreme was also lacking and only Luke warm. Read more
Used the kiosk for first time --a worker checked in to see if we needed help, which was nice. Our order was filled quickly and... the staff was friendly. Sauces and drink machine was well stocked. Tables were clean. Will visit again! Read more
