Torti Taco was the caterer for our wedding. We picked them because we wanted to support local, their food is amazing, and their... prices were affordable. We did a taste testing and loved all the food but had to narrow down what we wanted. Prior to thewedding, we made contact and made sure all the details were planned and they were able to answer all my questions I had to makeme feel comfortable for their arrival after my ceremony. They delivered all the food, which was warm and neat. Everyone said howdelicious it all was and we had plenty of left overs for the family. I have visited this location on multiple occasions, mostly to-go orders but still never had an issue. Today I went with my... daughter & parents & had the worst service by the young lady with long dark hair working the register taking orders. Not onlywas she incredibly rude while we asked a couple simple normal questions, she then tried to short us $20 on our change on 100.The only reason I say it's intention was because we never mentioned the amount that it was short... she just knew exactly whatshe tried to do. My husband and I were just driving by and saw the sign for Torti Taco and so we decided to try it out. We just got 2 tacos each... and it was only like $8! It was so cheap! They have a fresh salsa bar with like 10 different salsas. They stuff the tacos sofull and they were delicious! It's such a good spot to go to. So affordable and so good! I have been here before and decided to bring my wife here for lunch. Its was busy during peak lunch hour. After a brief wait, we... got our good. Food was delicious and very flavorful. The staff was very courteous. We expected a paper thin quesadilla likeevery restaurant we have had before and did not expect this "monster". It was delicious. The customer service didn't just lack, it was completely non-existent. The burrito was far too spicy even for my wife and I who... don't mind spice. We asked for the sauce on the side and it was not.
