Reviews for Wendy's in Battle Creek, MI
Went through drive thru 8/18. One car ahead of me. Watched 3 people outside smoking. 13 minutes to order. 4 other cars that came... in after me drove off. The kid with the dirty dreds at cash window. He gave me the 1 sec hand signal so he could finish his textmessage. Got to the pickup window they lost my order receipt had to have me tell them the order again. Got home to find orderwas still wrong. I would have called to complain but I don't ever expect to go back or the service to improve. Read more
I'm only giving Wendy's a 3 because of our experience in Colorado. It seems all the Wendy's have their lobbies closed. I almost... always get my favorite burger, the double and my second favorite fries. They have been excellent at any Wendy's I've visited. Myonly problem is that they couldn't even let us place an order from the drive thru and let my 79 year old friend in to use therestroom. She ended up going behind bushes in the parking lot and we went to a McDonald's. As much as Wendy's is my favoriteburger, I haven't been there much since. Sorry, otherwise wise I'd say 5. Read more
Stopped here because my children wanted Wendys, I should have followed my firsr mind and not stopped there! I Had them to... replace my food 3x the fries and chicken nuggets were cold, my burger buns was hard! the first 2 times the fries and nuggets wasstill cold and the girl on the fries tried to have a attitude! The burgers got fixed but waiting for the chicken nuggets andfries it wasnt the hottest but still had a a little warmth! But, at least they finally gave me hot fries and nuggets. Came through at 11:45 pm. It is now 12am and only one car has moved forward in line. I understand being low staffed but. My... question is. Why has this employee been taking out the trash for 15 minutes, instead of helping his fellow employees who areobviously struggling. My two stars are for whoever is actually still trying to make it through the line. Help your staff andcostumers. Then worry about closing. Read more
Waited 20 minutes in line with one person ahead of me, granted it was 11pm on a Friday. The person ahead of me left in a rage... because the frosty machine was down. I was disappointed, but more disappointed when I was offered a small lemonade as areplacement for my large frosty on a mobile order. Absolutely not a fair exchange for a $3.19 large frosty. By the time Iactually got my order, the patties were burned. Like, not charred, burned. I put up with a lot from Wendy's, but this one isterrible. Read more
idek why im giving this place 1 star. got a 10 piece spicy nug today and a baconator fry. nugs weren?t even hot as soon as i got... the food and they were stale, spilled everywhere in the bag. and my baconator fries literally had no bacon on them? why am ipaying for non existent meat is beyond me. Spent $25 to get ice cold food. This place is horrible! The last 3 times I?ve gone the food has been wrong or cold. I ordered... two baconator fries? ICE COLD and the cheese wasn?t melted either! Ordered a cheesy cheddar burger ICE COLD of course and mymeat must have been sitting there all day because it was hard as a rock and crunchy. (Puke!) I will never go back to this place! Read more
Ate in. Food was good and tasted fresh. Staff was mostly handling drive-through orders, so it took them a minute to see me. I... had to ask for salt, ketchup, and napkins; they weren't included and I didn't see them in the dining room. Read more
