Apparently this is burgerville?s version of extra spread. Third time in a row. A burgerville burger without spread is basically... McDonalds. Read more

I really love Burgerville. Their food is great, and their shakes are amazing. This is one of the best places to get a burger in... town, and the staff are friendly and attentive. The wife and I bring the kids here regularly for food and a sweet treat. If youhaven't tried their shakes yet, you are really missing out. They have seasonal varieties and everything is made fresh withlocally grown ingredients. Read more

I don't appreciate being asked to tip fast food before I even know if you got my order correct. Don't give me my milkshake... while I wait another 10 minutes for food. The milkshake was delicious though. Read more

Loving the Bliss option! For us non-dairy folks. ???? Now we can get our "ice-cream" when we are out and about. It's a coconut... based option. They also have gluten free buns which are awesome! Or they will do a lettuce wrap. BV also offers a gluten freedairy free ice cream sandwhich option. (This is too sweet in my opinion.) Love this place.....maybe a little to much. ???? Read more

Burgerville is great. It's the only fast food I eat now that I eat gluten and dairy free and watch the quality of my meat. Love... everything and the dairy free bliss shakes are amazing. Read more

I can?t even begin to explain how frustrating it is for those of us who grew up eating Burgerville as kids and to see how... downhill they have gone. I have ordered their fresh fruit milkshakes now multiple times and I have gotten mint chocolate inthem. They are not cleaning the milkshake thing and just making the next shake. For the price you pay you might as well go to asit down restaurant. Not to mention you have to pay for your sauces if you want anything other than ketchup. Now they ask fortips every time you go through the drive through. It?s really annoying because people feel obligated. You get tipped for doing aservice or waiting on people not making their food in the drive through. Not to mention they are always out of everything. Howdo you run out of whipped cream for the milkshakes? Not sure but it?s been out for over a couple weeks. Go to Walmart 4 minutesaway and get a substitute. Better yet have you ever heard of getting heavy cream and whipping it? It makes whipped cream. Ittakes 4 minutes. Everyone save your money and go drive down to stacked on the waterfront. Get a delicious burger and shake andwalk along the River. For the price you spend you might as well get good service, great food, and wonderful ambiance. Read more

I had to wring the ketchup out of my burger like a soaked cloth and it was still so bad that I didn't even give it to the dog.... Absolutely horrible! They have gone so far downhill over the years. This was definitely my last had experience at Burgerville. Read more
