Sadly, the kind and overworked people working this Sunday were so overwhelmed that it took 45 minutes for us to get our order.... No lie. The food was hot and fresh though. Read more

Over the last 6 months or more this place has become an utter joke. It?s probably the only restaurant in the entire city that is... still closed to dine in and more often than not the freakin drive through is closed by a cone laying in the entrance. Thecompany needs to step in and take over control of the BG location because whomever is running it is clearly in over their head.Wait times for simple orders is insanely long and we always have to check the accuracy of our order BEFORE we leave because theyfrequently get it wrong. Quality of the food has gone downhill as well, it?s like the employees that do show up don?t care aboutcustomer service and food quality. Seriously, you guys at the main office need to visit this place and get it in order! Read more

I was a worker at this store. I was super excited to help this store flourish. When we joined it was a mess. The fridge and... freezer had old food that was VERY expired and moldy. Not only that but the water heater was broken from before i even joinedstaff. They ended up closing the store to try and fix the heater and it?s been almost two months with ZERO contact from thedistrict manager. They sold expired items, worked in disgusting conditions, and there was even an exploded toilet. Thedisgusting sewage smell was also impossible to work in. Just drive 20 minutes down the road to to go the other one. Read more

Full disclosure, I?ve never been here. But I am at the Starbucks in the same parking lot most days. Watching people pull up to... the drive-thru to find a cone blocking the entrance or waiting forever at the order box before they realise no one is going totake their order has become my preferred source of entertainment while I wait for my coffee, hence the 3 stars. I?d recommendagainst going here though since it?s probably not open. Read more

30 minutes in the drive before anyone takes an order, so much for fast food, shut it down like everything else. This place is... a joke. Update: NO ONE WAS THERE, THANK YOU FOR WASTING MY TIME. I read through the reviews and the owner's placatingresponses, they go back quite aways and highlight the lack of change. Generation Z proves their lack of worth once again. Read more

The JNB in Battleground, wa is never open even when listed open. The shift leads are ruder than all get out. It?s been closed... with no notice or signage for the last 3-4 weeks. When open it?s a 50/50 chance of getting your order correct. Which sucksbecause I love JNB Read more

Came here at 12:00 PM on Tuesday of this week. There was a cone in the driveway so you could not enter. Went to the door and it... was completely locked, lights off. No sign, nothing. I understand staffing shortages at this time but some communication with aposted sign or something never hurts. If you are craving a Sourdough Jack or perhaps some greasy tacos, You might want to callahead to see if they are open. Read more

I'm not sure what happened to this BG Jacknin the Box over the past 6 months but they must have a new owner and manager because... it is steadily getting worse. Let's start with the inconsistency of whether it is open when I arrive. Drive thru lane often hasa orange cone blocking it. Then there's the young man employee that hardly has enough energy to speak. Mumbles so low I canhardly hear him. To top it off, he has never once gotten my order correct and rarely remembers the receipt. Someone needs toalso teach him the difference between coffee and tea. Also, He seems to be the only one there sometimes. I really wonder if theowner realizes how bad the restaurant has become. I used to go 4-5 times a week for breakfast. Now I just can't risk taking thetime. Read more
