I've been here sever times over the past year and each time it's a better experience than the last. The atmosphere is... comfortable, intimate, and cozy. I can't recommend the bacon wrapped dates enough, they are absolutely incredible and I can't goto La Uva without getting them! The flatbread and the pizza crust is always so flavorful and the perfect amount of crispy andcrunchy. We had the brie with tomatoes, garlic, and basil for the the first time and it was perfect! We also had the Blancopizza and added prosciutto for some protein and there wasn't a single bite left. Heather and Jeremy are two of the kindest, funniest, most down to earth and accommodating people! When we arrived there was a decently large party ahead of us, clearlyhaving an absolute blast, and Jeremy made sure he was attentive as he could possibly be to our smaller group. More than once heapologized for taking a bit longer than normal to get back to us but was always professional, up front, and funny. He took greatcare of us! And Heather makes some IMPECCABLE drinks! The rest of the staff were kind and attentive as well. Even though theywere out of a couple of things due to a supply shortage, which is not their fault, both Jeremy and Heather took great care of usand made sure we had a great time and left full. We became VIP members today and we are so excited to go back and enjoy theperks! Thanks Jeremy, Heather, Sailor, and the rest of the La Uva Fortuna staff for making us feel like family! Read more

The place was way under staffed, waited over 2 hours for meal to come, charged some a cover to see band and some not, wine... selection was awful, bread and pizza was burnt, one cook, was turning people away because they couldn't support it, in the bandroom they had reserved seating that was never occupied, there was nowhere to sit and watch music because of a lack ofspace. With such a minimal staff and menu it was clear they wasted most of their time with the electronic ordering system notworking when they should have put that aside and picked up a pen and paper early on in the evening. Nice waitresses though andthe band was good of what we could hear of it. Read more

At dinner last night, if there were 6 stars available i would have given 6! First off, quality-the best lobster ravioli i have... had, a wonderful sauce with the lobster flavor truly coming through. we shared a lovely bottle of Spanish red wine. Karissa, ourserver was incredible, always checking in, giving us little extras(limoncello to top off the meal), and recommending the baconwrapped dates which were out of this world. An incredible, enjoyable Friday night- all for $80.00-where on hearth can you dothat for all this and the quality-we will return!!!!!!!!!!! Read more

All I can say is don't miss out on this work in progress. Until a short time ago it was the Rusty Grape. Very popular over the... years with many loyal regulars. Covid has forced many changes unfortunately, but supporting these sincere, sweet people nowwhile they get it all figured out will preserve one of the best venues for genuinely good food and live music. The rustic vibeis still here and the old world romance is alive. Bring your Valentine out this weekend along with your open mind, have snacks, dinner, (Wood fired), inventive cocktails and homemade dessert. We support local businesses. Read more

This used to be one of my favorite wineries. We have had 3 back to back awful experiences with last night being the worst. It... was the worst experience my husband and I have ever had in a restaurant ever! They were short staffed which I understand- I workretail and understand first hand. Really tried giving them the benefit of the doubt during the entire visit until the end. Satunder the covered patio- one other couple was sitting in there. I’m sure inside was somewhat busy- though it took 25 minutesfor the waitress to come take our order -in our order was a bottle of wine. Most of the wines on the menu were not available bythe way. Waitress came back explained and then gave 3 wine samples as she knew very little about wine. Ordered the one we likedwhich was not what she brought to the table. She had them all mixed up which I knew she did at the time. Once she dropped thebottle of wine off which was now an hour after we arrived we did not see the waitress again. She told us she was a manager.Another girl brought our food- we ordered an appetizer which came with one entre my husbands food did not come for another 15minutes. Bacon wrapped jalepanos were great. Pizza bowl was terrible- lobster raviolis were terrible and was clear freshingredients is not used. Extremely expensive with terrible service and awful food. Again understand staffing issues- we reallytried to just enjoy ourselves and truly felt bad for the employees. It’s clear this place lacks true ownership. This shortstaffed they should have closed the patio no matter if it would have caused a wait. They were overwhelmed and stressed out.Where were the owners? The part that really upset me was our waitress left at 7:30 and never checked in on us one time. We werethere for 2 1/2 hours mostly just waiting with no service. Extremely sad- understand covid had its impact but this isunacceptable. We will never return unfortunately! If changes are not made fast I can’t see how they will be open much lo Read more

We started going to the Rusty Grape right when they first opened, and went again on Saturday night. The ambiance is warm and... inviting, food was delicious and the service was attentive. I could tell they were training some new staff but still felt ourparty was well tended to through out the process. Live music was good too! Only thing out of place was we ordered a pizza witholives and it came with mushrooms and honestly given what the service industry has had to go through we didn't say anythinguntil asked. At which point it was handled quite promptly and nicely. I encourage folks to give this quaint experience a try,I've yet to be disappointed there. Read more

I have been to this winery many times over the years and had always considered it a favorite, until recently when I had the... absolute worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. I am so disappointed in the way this place has gone downhill. The veryexpensive food was flavorless and overcooked. The staff was extremely rude. By reading previous responses by the owner to othersleaving not pleasant reviews, you can see there is absolutely no ownership for the way they treat their guests. If they wererude, it's the customer's fault. This place is a sinking ship! Never again will I visit what used to me my favorite winery inClark County. My family and friends are all on the same page as well. Unless the owners pull their head out of their butts fast, they will not be open for business much longer. Read more
