I feel compelled to write this review. My trainer and I decided to have dinner tonight at Mod Pizza in Battleground because we... both love the menu options and enjoy the quiet booths. We were meeting to discuss my new fitness plan and goals. It was 8:52 pmwhen the shift ?Captain? (her co-worker referred to her as that) named Kate or Katie cam to the back area and started slidingthe metal chairs across the floor as part of some kind of closing detail. It was so ear-piercing that we could no longer hearone another speak. We decided that we would leave since we could no longer conduct our meeting and I asked Kate when therestaurant closes to which she replied 10:00 pm. I then asked her if she could just give us 5 min to gather our things beforeshe continued to make that loud noise again with the chairs. Kate literally rolled her eyes, turned around and slid anotherstool across the floor. I am assuming she could not hear how loud it was because she was wearing her earbuds. I should havementioned that she was also very rude when we arrived. Normally we are greeted when we come through the door by someone but nottonight. In fact we stood there for quite some time while Kate and the other staff did whatever it was they were doing. Not onesingle acknowledgement. Anyway, I decided that I wanted to speak with a manager so when I asked for one I was told by aco-worker that ?she? was the captain tonight. I asked what the name of their owner/ manger is and then she approached and askedme ?Do you have a problem with me doing my job??. I explained to her that I didn?t understand her attitude or why she felt thatshe had to continue making so much noise while they still had customers present; I had asked her to please pick up the stoolsVS. I placed an online order to get my food faster before I left my house. I got to mod pizza at the time my food was going to be... ready. And then had to wait 25 minutes to get my food. I?m not happy with the speed or service provided at all. Read more
It's pizza it's good. One time I came here and a guy working here talked to me for like five minutes about how people don't tip... well and then gave me a free drink. Good times Read more
Disappointed with our visit today. Out of several items to put on our "custom made pizza" saying "they have been busy". They... didn't even have enough clean plates for our pizza to be put on so they put it in a box. We just feel that the business has gonedown hill a lot since they first opened. they have half an employee making pizzas! The slowest Mod pizza I?ve ever been to! 15 minutes and the line has not moved. I?ve... never seen anyone make pizza sooo slow. Avoid unless you want to spend over an hour just trying to order the dang pizza. Soooinfuriating! Read more
For the dollar my fav pizza. Quick custom pizza. Fresh toppings and pretty cool staff. Very clean bathroom and tables . Great... soft drinks. Can be loud so make sure to hear and be heard . Enjoy! Read more
MOD is my favorite pizza establishment. How can I resist as many toppings as I want just for one price? Even though I have many... options to get creative with my pies, I tend to order the same thing over and over, a custom order. Their white sauce tastesawesome, especially with the chicken and some vegetables on top. It's also a great place to bring food to other people if youknow what kind of pizza they're into. This particular branch is slower than other MODs I've been to. Today I had to wait quitea bit for the larger of the two pizzas I had ordered earlier, which was worth it but also a bit surprising since there weren'tmany people inside or orders before me. Service was friendly as usual, and the place was pretty clean inside. It's the only MODaround Battle Ground, so it makes sense that it's very popular in the town. Read more
