I love this Starbucks, they are amazing! The staff are so nice and they always remember me and my boyfriend. Whoever does the... planning for the store, like the questions, or activities like ?how many hidden of this thing in the store? does a really greatjob. I also loved when you guys did a spirit week. Really amazing food and drinks but WAY overpriced...most coffee shops now. The atmosphere and decor of it all is cute but not my... absolute favorite. Service is wonderful, almost everytime I go, I always notice how nice the worker are. Read more

Usually very happy with their service but the past few times have been rough. First they couldn?t get my drink right multiple... times in a row going there and the drink is just a simple drink with no special requests. Then today I drank from my straw andinstantly slurped up some hair that had called into my drink. I expect better from this place from now on. Read more

These baristas are some of the friendliest, most helpful, most cheerful bunch I've ever met. And I go to a LOT of Starbucks'.... They always take the time to make sure they understand and execute my custom orders correctly, and they greet me with a "welcomein!" the moment I walk in. Super pleasant, small shop feeling here. The drinks were good, but I sat for 20 minutes in the lobby waiting for my drinks. When I got up to ask about them, they were... sitting ready on the counter. Please turn down your music so you customers can hear their names being called. Read more
