May not be Open on Saturday evening like it should. Don't waste a trip on Saturday evening. I used to go to this store every... Saturday evening. The service at this location was better than the other 2 Subway stores in the Battle Ground area. BUT. Thelast several times when I went to this store on Saturday evening it was closed. With a hand-written sign saying "Sorry..." butclosed. I assume they are still having staffing problems ????? But the lights were on as if they were open. Did not see theinformal "Closed" sign on the door until I got out of my car and walked up to the door. The posted hours show it should be openuntil 11:00 PM. At least the "Open" sign was not on. But it is hidden off to the rear of the store on the side. And youstill would have to drive there to see if it is open ???? Read more
They didn?t have my bread, no one let me know about that when I came in to pick up my order, I had to open my sandwiches to find... out they were wrong, after calling I spoke to a man who called himself miles who didn?t offer any assistance as to any kind ofrefund or restitution. The young man on shift tonight was a little overwhelmed however he provided excellent and kindly customer service! They did not... have what I wanted for my sandwich but gave great recommendations on a replacement which I was very happy with and I willcontinue to use this Subway over other locations that are closer simply because it was such a nice experience! Okay food. ALWAYS takes like 30 mins just to order our food with only two people in line. There are 3 employees. Along with... stuff stuck to the glass. Kinda gross. I support battle ground but this isn't the first time this subway let me down. Read more
It was 10:46pm and lights were off. I thought they were closed. Google said till 11. I double checked. So I called and a very... cherry female answered saying they were open just "turned the light off". I think that is kinda messed up. Then fallowed up with" we didn't think anyone else was coming in tonight". I thought to myself , " why would anyone try if y'all look way closed fromthe road driving by????". Ordered online. Got to store which had 4 people waiting to order. My order was not ready. The employees kept waiting on new... people entering the store instead of preparing my order which was placed well before anyone was in the store. I would havegotten it sooner if I just walked in and placed an order. Awful service. Plus my cheesesteak sandwich barely had any cheesesteakin it.
