I know the workers are doing there best to get orders out with the large amount of volume they have in the drive through.... However, nearly every time we go our order is incorrect. Mistakes to requests on specifically the food we order. The customerservice ranges to amazing to awful. Recently the customer service has been getting better just not the specifics to the order.Again, its fast food, and I'm glad they offer jobs to younger folks to start getting experience in the work force, so smallmistakes are to be expected. I do appreciate them for how hard the seem to be working. Often the drive through has 10 cars andthey do keep cars moving. We appreciate you all for how hard you work. Read more

first off the restaurant was FILTHY!!! overflowing garbage cans. tables were all dirty. bathroom was absolutely disgusting!!!!... Not just pee in the unflushed toilets! Then to top it off we waited 25 minutes for our food!!! No one even said sorry for thewait. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!!! Read more

Every time I order here something is always messed up in the order. The food is always put together so bad. Today I made an... online order, it took 40 minutes! Waited in the actual restaurant for 30 minutes, when asked how long it would take they justshrugged and said I don?t know. When I finally got it, it was cold and it was a combo box yet it was thrown into a bag and thechips were dumped. The crunch wrap wasn?t even closed there was a giant hole in the middle. I?m mostly annoyed about how theydon?t take online orders more promptly. The drive through was moving very fast, yet my food took 40 minutes and it was a smallregular amount of food. Read more

Haven?t had a single good experience here. We?ve gotten food 4 or 5 times either drive through or delivery and it?s bad every... time. Drive through packed, slow service, orders are wrong, missing items, no hot sauce when you ask for it, sloppy food. Idon?t expect restaurant quality from ?fast food? but you can?t even call this one fast, or good. Wish them the best but I don?tthink we will order from here again. Read more

Their portions keep getting smaller while their prices keep rising. Staff always forgets to add sauces on doordash orders,... double beef burritos aren?t double beef or have almost no other ingredients in them. This place needs new management, I feelsorry for some of the employees that should look into working somewhere else this place needs to drain the swamp. Read more

Like any fast food place, you have good and bad services. Sometimes they're busy and it takes what feels like half an hour or... you get served in 60 seconds. Who knows. It's fast food. No differnt here than any other place across the nation Read more

Usually pretty fast service, they've never messed up my food. Did watch a person pee in front of me in the drive through at 12... am, so definitely an experience. Not many other taco bells nearby, so it can get hella busy Read more

This is the first negative review I?ve ever left, because this location is run unbelievably bad. I live in the area and have... been here multiple times. It?s rare that they get the order fully correct, but today I did not get even a single item that Iordered. I placed a mobile order and waited in the drive through line. As usual it?s at least a 30 minute wait to get through 8cars. I got up to the speaker and waited 5 minutes before my ?hello??s finally caught somebodies attention. I told them my ordername and verified everything looked right before pulling up to the window. They handed me my bag and I left. I checked the bagand not a single item I ordered was in it. I called and told them I received the wrong bag and that it was no big deal, I?moutside and they can just bring out the right bag. The guy told me that they couldn?t do that because my order wasn?t on theirscreen anymore. I work in a similar environment and I know you can check previous orders. At my restaurant, if this happens, wewould quickly remake their food the way it was ordered and bring it out. So I asked the guy on the phone ?So, am I not gettingmy order?? And he told me I should call asking for a refund. Icing on the cake? They didn?t even make the wrong order right. Thereceipt in the bag did not match the food we received.
