Ordered an iced vanilla oat latte and asked for half sweet for my husband. I drove all the way home and had to drive back to the... shop. I nicely asked the worker if she could remake it because it was too sweet. She made me pay for it again when it wasn\'t myfault. I couldn\'t believe it. No coffee shop makes you repay for a drink faulty on their end. Bad customer service. Payed $8+for this one drink. We\'re very upset. Read more

I’m new to Battle Ground and this was my first visit here. I’ve been wanting to stop in since I saw the place and finally... had a chance to do so.\n\nFirst I have never seen such dirty tables! It was really awful to see how dirty they were. I hadsanitizing wipes with me so washed it off. The people next to me said their table was filthy too and decided to take theircoffee and leave.\n\nEspecially with COVID the way it is I would think this establishment would put a bit more effort intokeeping their tables clean. I mentioned it to the girl at the counter she said someone will come out but I was there 20 plusminutes and they did not bother. Read more
I want to start out by saying the customer service was great and I had no issues with that so appreciate the kind service . My... family and I ordered 3 drinks here and sadly two of them turned out pretty bad. My little one got a hot chocolate that was to behonest the worst hot chocolate I’ve ever got at a coffee shop and my boyfriend added a flavor to his coffee and not only didit not taste like the flavor ordered but it made the drink pretty hard to get through. I’m not sure what type of syrups areused but I guess they might not be for us. I will say my drink turned out decent and I was not unhappy with it. Read more
