After multiple times coming to this location I have to say they are the friendliest, kindest, most efficient Wendy's I've been... to in the area/Vancouver. If I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered. Was told to pull around. The girl came up gave us our food talking a million miles... per hour. Our food was messed up. We tried to go back through the drive through was told they were closed at the entrance as shewas standing out side. I asked her if she can?t fix our order can we at least get a refund was told ?no sorry!? I asked for hername she yelled star!! I?m pretty sure her name tag said Katherine but it was hard to read. As we were trying to get through thedrive through we seen someone in the window so we stopped to ask for at least sauce for the half of our food that wasn?t messedup. During my visit the POS system had some technical issues. The cashier apologized, took my order, relayed it to the cooks, and... said the meal would be free. On her way back the system came back online. I attempted to pay for my meal but, true to theirword, would not take my money. This was customer service done right. Read more
just quit this location. store manager only cares about numbers and times, gaslights her managers and employees when they do... something wrong in her eyes, talks down to managers or employees when they dont know an answer, and tries to pull a power tripif someone doesnt just blindly say yes to her.
