We were in B M visiting our kids and grandkids. Me, my daughter and a friend went to Subway for lunch yesterday. There was... only one young gal running the whole place. There was a line and people behind is were leaving because they didn't want to wait.My daughter and I ordered the chicken bacon ranch protein bowl. She didn't want the meat heated up and I wanted mine heated. Herchicken was frozen and she couldn't eat it. Mine was heated but was still ice cold. One person should not have to work alone,for safety reasons also. We won't be going back. The subway in the town we live in now is awesome, probably because they haveplenty of help. Read more
This Subway looked to be a relatively new location. It was exceptionally clean, the staff were very friendly and efficient.... However I am only giving it a 3 star rating because they do not serve the veggie patty, therefore no protein option for thosewho don?t eat meat. Read more
Today my daughter and her friend went here for lunch from school. They waited 15 minutes to put a order in for nobody to even... ask what they wanted. Pretty sad when you have the manager there also and they refuse to wait on them even after theyacknowledged them when they walked in and when the girls say something about how horrible the service is they just got dirtyglares.
