Worst McDonald's in America. Zero Stars. Management is unprofessional, incompetent, & rude(except one woman, & whenever she... works, the place seems to do a 180). Only car in the drive-thru & you're told to wait. The manager that looks like the kid from6th sense seems to really hate his job... he should quit or be fired. They never have food ready. Last time I ordered a smallfry & a mcdouble... took almost 15 minutes... I was the only customer. Place needs new owners/employees, or to be shut down andreplaced with a chain that actually respects itself and the community that it serves. Read more
Was here a couple of weeks ago and am kinda sworn off McDonalds now. 45 min to order and get the food. Burger was raw. Baudette... needs other food options past 7 pm. Disgusting. Read more
Worst food ever at this McDonald's. Waited half hour for food, it was all cold. Fries soggy and cold, chicken sandwich burnt and... very tough. Deluxe Quarter pounder lettuce and sauce lathered on, spilling out everywhere. Poor management. It was 11:30 amSaturday August 27. Order #151. We have been here before and it was MUCH MUCH better. Pulled up to the drive-thru they informed me it would be a ten min wait. He said they were too busy inside... LOL.. will never... come here again maybe any McDonald's maybe it's a good thing. Read more
I?m surprised the McDonald?s franchise still allows this place to operate. Frankly they may not even know it exists. I?ve never... worked at McDonald?s, but I feel I?ve ordered enough in my lifetime I could operate this place alone a lot more efficiently with no training. Simply perplexed by the whole experience! Very poor service today. First they told my husband it was going to be awhile because they where "busy" there was no other cars... ahead of him not behind him!!! The when he got his food he only got half of his order then when he went in to get the rest thedoor was locked!!!! No one even came to the drive thru windows after he got part of his order!!! Very slow service and the counters by the ketchup dispensers were dirty, and the dispensers hardly had ketchup in them I had to... ask for packets. We had to look at 4 tables before finding a clean one. The garbage cans were full to the brim. I sure hope thestaff had a good night with all the talking and laughing they were doing.. Read more
I had ordered online thinking that I could get it as a curbside type delivery but all the app said was?take your phone into the... restaurant? And a button that said ?I?m here? I clicked on that and nothing happened, just said ?wifli?, not working, cute butdefinitely not!!! I went into the store to sort it out but they didn?t seem interested and just wanted my order so I gave it tothem because I?m sick and just wanted to get out of there!!! So far it doesn?t look like my card has been changed two times, butI would have appreciated that confirmation!!!! Read more
