Place an order yesterday at 5pm for Big House Breakfast Platter and a ribeye meal. My husband went to eat his food and he asked... me to take a bite of it and the meat literally had dirt or sand on it . Someone had to have dropped it. And when I went pick thefood up two girls came to the window one of them was nice when the other one brought me back to food I handed her a tip andasked her was there syrup and butter in the bag, she said " i got this under control" and just shut the window on me so I don'tknow if it was done on purpose so we decided to not eat any of the food. over $25 for nothing. The wait was very long from when we arrived at the restaurant and we got our food. We were seated immediately and our orders... taken within about 5 minutes. It took around 40 minutes until our food was served. The food was good, but the wait was too long. Read more
The service was horrible the waitress we had at first was an older lady with long brown hair she cussed three different times at... our table and that was before the altercation and about 8 more times during the altercation we had to get a manger there andchange waitress our order got messed up I don't know how many times ( burnt food, wasn't cooked right , food undercooked, andmissing items) plus some of us had to wait even longer just to get our food we hardly got a refill. Then there was another ladythere as a customer that was friends/family to the waitress that added her 2 cent in after the altercation was done just tomake it worse altogether just a horrible visit will never go again Read more
I pride myself on honest and fair reviews. With that being said, I give this place 2 stars ONLY because the waitresses were... friendly. We started with a very friendly young girl, but we didn't get drinks for 20 minutes, and food for an hour. At somepoint, the young girl disappeared and we ended up with an older woman that was very nice and actually took care of us. Theproblem is that the damage was already done. Our food had obviously sat out and someone forgot to bring it to us because it wasdead cold when we got it. I had biscuits and gravy that they didn't even bring out until we were paying the check. I am very disappointed in the food from there. I just went and picked up a call in/take out order for a crispy chicken salad . I... paid $8 49 for wilted soggy, watered down lettuce. With no taste to it. And I only got half the amount that I normally get fromthere when ordering the exact same item. The plate would be running over any other time now it's barely half full. I'm verydisappointed in our huddle House since they have changed hands and got new owners. Read more
This location is a great location. The people here were friendly . Food was good. A little greasy on one of are plates. But... eatable. They had fast service but we're short handed so we didn't get refills on drinks quickly, had to wait . I would goagain and do recommend going. Read more
The last and very last time in there. I ordered chopped steak mashed potatoes and green beans. Coffee to drink with... creamer. Coffee poured was old and cold. Asked for fresh. Meal camebefore Coffee. Everything was cold. Butter wouldn't melt onpotatoes. Guess maybe that had something to do with thermostat being set on dead of winter. Was waiting for it to start tosnow. Bottom line. Horrible food. Horrible service. Guess ill have to eat elsewhere. Read more
