Horrible experience both times we ate here. Waited 30 mins to be seated only to get served the wrong food. My burger was served... with tomatoe, which I cannot eat. The dish that was correct was extremely dry and gross. My girlfriend didn't want it after 1bite. Left very unsatisfied. Read more
Had a wonderful steak dinner on the 2 for $25 menu. Love their onion rings and had a bartender who made a terrific old... fashioned! Servers were friendly. Food was hot and they did a nice job helping each other with cleaning and seating. Even themanager was helping deliver food to the customers. Way to go Baxter Applebee's! Read more
What a nightmare. Ordered chicken nachos and they came out with no chicken. I waited almost 15 minutes for our server to come... back. A manager brought out the correct order and apologized. Our server never came back until she had the check. I would havereally liked something to drink with my dinner. When I mentioned it to her, instead of just saying she was sorry she arguedabout it.... Takes a LONG time to get seat and a LONG time to get food. If you go here make sure you plan for that. Basically don't go... hungry. The food quality itself I'd pretty good, as long as you don't have any substitutions or go off menu, that confuses themand you may get not appealing items. The bar area is often pretty full, so if you prefer a quiet atmosphere this may not be afirst choice for you. Read more
My husband and I were there Sunday August 7th for our 18th year anniversary and I ordered a half a rack of ribs that were so... tough I couldn't tear them apart much less eat them and my husband's ribeye steak was terrible and with my half rack rib 16.99meal I got a half a cup of garlic mashed potatoes. It'd been a while since I last went to Applebee's, but it was still every bit as good as I remember it. Good service, good... food, great atmosphere...it won't be long before I head back to Applebee's, nowhere near as long as this last break betweenvisits. I can't wait. Read more
The place is clean and well decorated, and the waiters are nice and friendly. I ordered the Whisky Bacon Burger. It's very... delicious, and the portion is filling, but I think it's better if there's more pickles or lettuce to balance the greasiness ofthe beef patty, bacon, and fried onion rings. Read more
Went into this Applebees tonight around 9:15pm, from the get go the gentleman who sat us looked super annoyed that we walked in... and as far as we could tell he was a manager!!!! First impression of that was a turn off. Secondly, the meals our table got wereodd. One got the new sweet n spicy chicken sandwich which was literally a piece of chicken on a bun, no lettuce tomato or anykind of garnish. The fries were hard and cold like they had been sitting for quite some time. The side Caesar salad wasforgotten about had to bring that to their attention. When the salad was finally brought out it literally smelt like vinegar.Thought it was the silverware but when I used a different set realized it was actually the Caesar salad. Couldn?t even hardlyeat it because of the strong vinegar smell. Artichoke dip was Luke warm. Just wasn?t the best experience we have had at thisApplebees. Definitely disappointed. Read more
