Service was fast and the staff is friendly. My order is always correct and made well. It gets quite busy between 12n and 2pm, so... allow yourself some extra time to wait in the drive thru. But they move through the line quickly. Read more
The customer service is appalling. Deb in particular at the drive thru needs to let people finish speaking without interruption.... More than half of the menu is out of stock. Rushed service to move the line, slow as hell to get the order. Read more
Extremely clean & perfectly decorated inside for Halloween. Customer service top notch! Food was done before we finished paying... basically. Completely blown away!!!!! We were visiting from out of town and it has felt like forever since we?ve experienced afast food joint that was this high quality. Was offered the 2 for $7 in a way that really felt like we were just getting abetter deal by getting some extra food (we added on nuggets). After asking us permission, the cashier showed my daughter herdrink options to let her pick (she is 2 so this worked perfectly). Angie was our cashier and was super nice and checked on usduring our meal. With the whole experience being top notch, Angie was definitely the highlight of it all and deserves somerecognition for her amazing customer service and person-ability. Read more
Ordered a chicken bacon swiss meal. Sandwich was barley warm cheese was still cold. I think I got the bottom of the curly fries... basket all bits and pieces only three whole curly fries and not hot. I was very disappointed ???? Read more
The sign on the door said the restaurant was closing at 7 due to Father's day. So my friend and I went inside at 6:30, expecting... service. The door was unlocked and there was plenty of staff, however we were informed that the lobby was closed. When wementioned that the sign clearly stated 7, the staff backpedaled and then said the lobby always closes an hour early. There wasno mention of this on the sign. We were not helped. There were two people total in my party and we were not obnoxious. Thereare other, better options in the area for a bite. Culver's, Taco Bell, and even the gas station across the street offer betterservice. Read more
you know Arby's gets a bad rap there food isn't actual- OH GOD ME HEART STOPPED, IM FRICKIN DYING
Food is good, but ALWAYS CHECK before you leave. This location is HORRIBLE about not putting all your food in the bag or... messing up your order. I'm typing this as I'm waiting for them to correct my order again. How hard is it to make sure you haveeverything in the bag? Makes the drive thru pretty pointless if we have to stop and go back in to get it corrected. Read more
