I found the service to be good, the ice cream though......buy Kemps or Bridgeman's, better and cheaper. Ice cream is not sweet... nor was my brownie or chocolate syrup. It's the Starbucks of ice cream....overpriced, overhyped and still can't beat a cup ofFolgers. I don't get it. Read more
We ordered online, and it said it would be ready by 6:58, which was about 20 minutes. We got there a little after 7, and it did... not say it was ready so we waited. We watched people come in, get helped, and leave. So we went in, the girl didn't even say"how can I help you" or even greeted me, just looked at me. It wasn't ready. We finally got our order 20 minutes after it saidit would be ready. I wouldn't say it was a negative experience, the ice cream was delicious, but next time I would go and waitin line instead of ordering ahead. Hope that helps others! Read more
I went there with my wife for ice cream. We get there an place locked up. The sign on door says they open at 11 am. Time is... 12:31. We look up store hours an it says they open at 4 pm. Can they change there sign? Read more
Of course the ice cream is delicious, but it would have been nice to sit at a table! I have 5 kids and we had to sit on the... curb outside- this did not work well at all. I'm pretty sure they are allowed to have tables inside at 50% capacity or at leastsome outside! Caribou has some but kicked us off as we went their customers. Read more
This was the worst cake I've ever seen, I placed an online cake order 5 days in advanced for today ,and when I showed up, the... employee informed me that she is really bad at decorating cakes so she did not write "happy 15th Birthday " on the cake. I wasupset cause I paided for this cake,and it was not cheap, then she proceeded to get my cake, and I opened the box and was soupset on how the cake looked, it looked like a pile of cake that had melted and be re frozen ,there were finger marks in it andlooks ridiculous. Then she stated she couldn't refund me cause she was new and that her Manger would have to call me at 4. Whata joke, never going back. Read more
