I haven't had Domino's in a while ordered a philly and a pizza they were both good the pizza was actually excellent!!
Its never open, good luck ever ordering from them. The dominos that is 1 mile down the road no longer services a huge portion of... town now because this store is supposed to be taking care of the Baxter customers. Sounds like whomever at Dominos corp decidedto open another store made some bad choices not knowing they wouldn't ever have the staff to actually run the place. Would liketo order Dominos again in the future, if it were ever to be open again... Read more
Placed an order tonight (12/26) at 6:14pm. The wait time for delivery was 57-67 minutes. This is not a problem as I know places... get busy and they need time to complete everyone's orders in the order they recieved them. However, at 7:37pm, the order hadn'tbeen started yet. When we called to inquire when it would be delivered, there was no apology and no excuse, they just said theywere starting it now and it would be delivered in 45 minutes. At 8:22pm (45 minutes later), the tracker said they were stillmaking it, with a 2.5 HOUR wait for it to be delivered. We called again, no apology, no excuse, and the order still hadn't evenbeen started. We ended up having to cancel the order. How is this something that they view as acceptable, without even so muchas an acknowledgement that they clearly had done wrong. Its now after 9pm and im just finishing making dinner for my young kids,who should already be in bed by now, but instead are having an incredibly dinner and have to be rushed to bed shortly after. I ordered and ate my Pepperoni Pizza last night no problem, didn't bother checking my sandwich or the other two pizzas until... this morning for lunch, which, in hindsight, was a mistake on my part because I have frequent order errors at this location.Today was the one that pushed me to the review. The Pepperoni was good and The Alfredo Pizza looked fine, but the Chicken tacopizza I ordered is missing the provolone, tomato and onion, and the extra provolone I asked for on the Philly sandwich isinstead light. They also were apparently out of garlic cups according to the driver, but I was not notified of this until Iasked the for them - I was told they were taken off, but looking at the receipt I still see them there, and do not see a returnto my card of any kind. I paid a 7$ tip cash, so the fact that the balance shown on my receipt did not change and no returnshave been made to my card proves that to be a lie. I've was on hold for 30 minutes (I kept an eye on the call timer) waiting tospeak to someone, but was asked to hold before I could say anything. I am at work so I said fine and just threw it on speakerwhile I waited. Once it hit half an hour I hung up and called back. Where I was told someone would call me when things sloweddown, it has been 7 hours. This store opened up within the last year, and overtook the delivery area of the store I used to goto, and I have been having problems like this ever since - I order from domino's with a $30+ order at least 2x a month, so it issuper frustrating that every third order has an issue. I'd give zero stars if I could. Was told it would be up to 45 minutes for us to get our delivery, yet it was over an hour by the... time it went out for delivery. An hour and 20 minutes later, we finally got our order without the extra green olives asrequested. This is rediculous, and we will order from the Brainard location from this point on. We should've known better thanto order from a Domino's in what I consider to be a 1 star Walmart. Read more
The Baxter location needs to update their hours online and on the app. I?m not from town so I go by what the site and app say... for times. I placed an order on the app at around midnight which went through the normal tracker phase the cooking and preparingand then showed out for delivery. 45 min later I still didn?t have my food I finally called the store someone answered said weclosed already. I told him I placed and order and it showed out for delivery, the guy proceeded to be beyond rude to me. Tellingme they close at 11pm now and he cancelled my order as they are closed. I said well it would have been nice to know my order wascancelled and I wasn?t getting food. He said if it shows delivery your food is somewhere else and hung up on me. I could clearlysee the Baxter address was listed. Horrible customer service from Baxter location, will not order from that location ever againwhen in the area. Read more
Have ordered the same thing at other Dominos and it has never been this bad! Pizza was under cooked. Center of pizza was raw and... it had about three times the crust that they normally have. Read more
