Food was great. Fun zone was a rip off. Spent $50 in arcade and was not able to use the tickets one because they did not have... anyone working who knew how to use the cash register.. Stupid! No refunds on money spent . and wasted . not returning. Read more
The pizza here is good and my favorite part is that, if there is a pizza you want but it's not on the buffet, they will make it... and bring it to your table so you can get the first slice(s). Their buffalo chicken pizza is very good and their dessert pizzasas well. The staff is friendly and helpful! Read more
Everytime I've been at this Pizza Ranch the chicken has been overcooked/burned. Today, the same thing and this time the potatoes... were barely warm and the gravy was like water. This was at 11 when the food should be fresh and hot. We talked to an employeethat stopped by our table and she gave us an excuse and our table was not visited again by any staff. The flies were bad theretoo. A disappointment for all of us. The dessert Pizza was good but they need to attend that more often as it went quickly andwas slow to be replenished. Read more
Friendly staff tonight. Just not sure why they insist on screwing up the chicken by cooking the chicken breasts the way that... they do! They rip them open and way over cook them. Not sure if they got someone sick in the past, but please stop this! Update02/08/2022, we stopped in at 7:20 pm there was very little chicken and what there was was old and dry. They did not put any moreout the rest of the night. We only stop here because our kids love pizza ranch so much but the last few nights that we havestopped have been horrible! Read more
The food was great and the staff was amazing. I am in a wheelchair and it was easy for me to get at everything it was a... wonderful experience. Everything seems fine when you walk in but it is quickly met by no clean tables, sticky floors and the bathroom was flooded. ... They also ran out of multiple items on the buffet which never got replaced the entire time we were there. The young lady takingplates from tables came to our table with a stack of dirty plates from different tables and set them on top of our dirty platesright in front of us while we were still eating. That disgusted me enough to leave and when we left the tables that were dirtywhen we walked in still hadn?t been cleaned. Read more
We are in this area a few times per year and this is the first time we stopped at this Pizza Ranch. We found it to be a very... positive experience! Everything looked and tasted incredible...as my photos show. There is nothing negative we could say aboutour visit. The staff was constantly running to ensure tables were clean and our used plates were removed from our table. Wewill more than likely be returning here when we are in the area! I highly suggest this as a place to take in some great food! Read more
