My standard order is a Mango Dragon Fruit Refresher with light ice, 4 scoops of berries, & water. I am frustrated to say the... least, I am on #8-10 of them adding lemonade to my drink instead of water, I can't drunk lemonade...when I bring it up to themthey are short and rude. I actually had one employee raised her voice at me in the store, another employee looked shocked, Ithanked them for their top notch customer service walked out with no resolution. One time they offered to re-make the drink,they added lemonade again. If I order on my app a refresher with water for myself and a refresher with lemonade for my daughter,there is always (not exaggerating) lemonade added to both drinks, one one occassion we literally had 3 extra drinks in the carbecause they re-made with lemonade that many times FOR ONE ORDER! I finally have asked myself why I am putting up with this?? Ihave switched to the Washington St store, the location is less convenient but they get it right everytime and I am not treatedpoorly by employees critiquing my drink order!!! Read more
Unfriendly young women workers, obviously mad in front of myself after THEY made multiple mistakes on our order, the cream for... hot chocolate is NASTY, and the workers exchanging looks at my family after we try to correct the order. Eye rolling and shuttalking behind the counter while we we are still there. Will not ever come back to this Starbucks. Read more
Drove up & entered front door at 6:02AM last Sunday. An employee came running forward to the entry door & asked me to leave... stating, "We don't open until 6. We'll be open in a minute." I went back to my car, waited 2-3 more minutes, then left. Whattroubles me here was the dishonesty. Just say, "We're running late this morning." Caribou is just down the street. Read more

Normally, we usually don't have an issue but this visit we noticed many of the drinks were short of full. Not sure if there were... new people or they didn't realize how short they were filling. We had a venti refresher and a venti frappacino and we bothnoticed our drinks were much less than full and we looked at other drinks on the counter and saw the same thing. With how muchthey cost you would think having them full to the top should be the norm. Read more
the workers here are always super nice, the drinks are good too. they often compliment my piercings too!
The coffee was great, the service was even better, and the whole place was clean, pleasant and inviting
