It?s sad to see how the employees are treated here. Yeah, the food gets made wrong, it?s fast food, it?s gonna happen. The... lobby is closed, and the drive thru now closes at 8pm, which is unfortunate because that?s usually our time to hit up gas! Theyhonor my customizations all the time and they?re awesome about it if there is a mistake, (I cannot process beef, so I have tosub to chicken). I hope it changes soon, because it really sucks to go elsewhere, when you trust a fast food place to give youthat awesome experience. Read more
Food was great, but lobby area closed. Had to wait in the drive-through line for 50 minutes to pick up my online order. Crazy... long time to wait. Please let your online customers know when the lobby is closed so they can go elsewhere. Read more
Web site says location closes at 1am. I was there at 11:48 pm tonight and automated message in the drive through says they are... closed. Are they closing early? If not they need to correct the website hours of operation. Read more
To the person's who took order and made food I wish I could have tipped you .you deserve a raise as I travel alot and this was... by far the best service and food I've had since I worked at taco bell as my first job . I took pride in my job and this staffwent above pride . I would almost drive 2 hours just to have them serve me again . The person at window knew I was eating onroad and made sure I had extra napkins and heard him telling person making my food how I was going to be eating my food and cookmade sure food was made in a way that I didn't need napkins . I was amazed .wish this store was closer to my home . Read more
HORRIBLE!!! If you offer pickup in store on your mobile app you should not lock your doors at 7:00 pm and make your customer go... through the drive thru when it's ten deep!!! An easy half hour or longer wasted when you have no way to cancel the order! Thislocation sucks!!! Read more
Place had a very long and slow moving drive through line but they stayed open until all of the customers ordered and were... served! Amazing given the current atmosphere and environment of the work force. Food was excellent and staff had a greatattitude! Read more
This has to be the friendliest Taco Bell we've been to! We were greeted with smiles from the lady in the parking lot taking... orders for drive thru to the employee who was sitting after her shift with friends. Our had multiple larger orders & everythingwas correct. They even made sure to remind us to grab napkins & extra sauces if we needed them. Read more
Quantity is a little lower than it was.. but with cost of food as it has become that's understandable. Took time but most fast... food places are short staffed. Read more
