Ordered through app. Pulled up to the drive through speaker and saw the NO ICED COFFEE, SODA, TEA sign taped on the menu, yet... you can still order those items in the app. They also informed me that they don?t even have a Frappe machine. How have they notturned off that menu item? $4.50/gallon gasoline, it?s probably time to fix some things in that store. Your manager need to dotheir job and turn that stuff off. On top of that, every other MCD?s in the country has $1 drinks, this one is $1.19. If youwant a burger in the evening, it will be the greasiest slimiest mess you have ever seen, and yes I know it?s McDonald?s, it?sjust that bad. You?re better off trying your luck at Sonic. Went through the drive through to buy lunch for my two grandsons earlier today. Ordered a nugget and cheeseburger happy meal... plus a regular hamburger. Once we got home I opened the boxes and they failed to listen and shorted Us the nuggets. They had theringer off on their phones so I had to wait hours to finally get through. The manager took my name and said come back wheneverand pick up the nuggets. Just went thru there on the way to take the grandkids home and they claimed there was NO note andinstead of doing the right thing and CALL the day manager, they pretty much called me a liar and rolled their eyes. To start I have to admit we never do McDonald's because of the poor food quality and the attitudes of the employees. We were in... between travels and hungry. We stopped at McDonald's and ordered and got what was called a cheeseburger bundle. Avoid it nomatter what The cheeseburgers were. Tasteless, the french fries were cold and the nuggets were what I would describe asinedible. Besides that, we discovered upon Powell and up to the window to pay for the meal. It was almost $20 for twocheeseburgers, two french fry orders and 20 terrible chicken nuggets. It was again a reason never to eat McDonald's food orpatronize a McDonald's. I will admit we're in our '70s and '80s that should have no bearing. We like to have edible food. Read more
If you like having to reassemble your sandwiches and clean the ketchup off the top of your burger bun...this is the place for... you. It used to be great but now the food always comes out sloppy and a mess. If I could give zero stars I would. The lastburger I got was basically thrown in the bag and half of it wasn't even wrapped, also the top of my bag was wet when I gotit. Gross, gross, gross! Read more
This place is filthy!!! When I said to the manager, doesn't look like doors have been cleaned in months! HE SAID, YEAH... PROBABLY!!!! Are you kidding. Same trash has been laying in drive thru 4/5 days now! Does the owner never come here!!??? And ifyou say it's lack of help. Then I suggest YOU get up and run the place. We don't have many choices in our town. Clean would benice and expected!!! If I were you people, just use the drive thru. Then you won't see how dirty it is inside. Read more
Come through to get food before I go back home OUT OF TOWN. asked for FRESH fries while they had no other vehicles . Fries are... soggy. The sandwiches had lettuce when asked for no lettuce. A mcdouble came out as a chicken sandwich. Sad they can ring it upright but obviously the others cant read. And like I said before rude service. The customers didn't make you apply there andwork, so don't take it out on us. Read more
