If I could give zero stars i would. No employees wear masks. Many customers feel welcome to not wear them as well. Even my 5... year old niece knows how wear a mask without whining about it. They are frequently out of stock of several grocery items andsnacks. Last time I went there the lady was incredibly rude after my chip was broken and the register couldn't read itcorrectly. Gas prices are usually much higher than normal, as of now I can get gas for 2.66 up the road, while this 711 hastheir gas for 2.89. Used to enjoy coming here, however management must have changed or something of the sort. Employees made mefeel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Would never come here unless it is an emergency. I wouldn't leave any stars if I had the choice. Really "some employees have health issues & can not wear a mask" that's... disgusting in character. All employees we not wearing masks and that sets the trend for their customers because there were 3customers unmasked. My oh my has this location gone down hill over the past 2 years i been back from Colorado. I have given this location multiple... chances over past few months. There either out of things or something doesnt work, Decided to stop in to use the ATM thatdoesn't even work, stopped in to get a slurpee a few days ago didnt have tops or large cups, stopped in last week didnt havecoke slurpee's, week before that stopped in to get fuel and the fuel card they gave me didnt work and had to get a worker tohelp, Months prior to that either pumps where down or they where out of something or a employee was out right rude. Figurebussiness need chances i gave then there chances, far more than i shouldve to be honest. Ill take my bussiness elsewhere wheremy money will be worth spending at. Read more
Sign on road had a buy one get one special. Inside they refused to honor it because it wasn't marked on the shelf, even though... they saw it on the sign and that is not how consumer pricing laws work. They also have decided they're better than theircorporate and state mask requirements for employees and have a hand written sign scolding customers as they walk in thatmultiple employees have medical conditions that supposedly prevent them from wearing masks (and that asking about it won't betolerated, which is not how the ADA works) even though the medical community calls that hogwash. This is aside from the factthat they're almost always out of multiple things and never have the corporate promotions. I've given this location many chancesin the past but this is the last straw.
