We went for Dinner on a Friday night. Service was good. Food came out quick, and hot. Nice way to start the weekend ??
Just walked out of the worst experience. We ordered 2 salads and an appetizer. After 40 minutes we still only had 2 drinks and... those took 15 minutes to receive. Never ever got the appetizer. In all that time the waitress only came back once and twomanagers passed by our table yet no one even spoke to us. I understand how hard it is to get good help but nobody at the BayCity Applebee's even cares if they stay in business. How sad! Read more

Staff was very kind. The door greeter was the sweetest ever. Food was brought quickly and our waitress was awesome.
Appetizer served on very dirty plate, entree came before salads, one inedible salad and one inedible entree. Waitress took care... of it, never saw or spoke with a manager, i imagine they were all busy at other tables of unimpressed guests. my mashed potatoeswere good.. We had our anniversary dinner there the food was wonderful and the portions are unreal. We ended up taking home as much as we... ate there. I had the shrimp pasta Alfredo that was really good. The service was excellent, just all around it was a great meal!! Pictures included are of our dinner tonight. I had the chicken Caesar salad that was wonderful we ordered the samplerappetizer platter that was really really super good. Dave had the steak sandwich with sauce and he said it was really good asusual. Applebee's always has good food the service was very nice too. Read more
