11 AM Whopper Jr. Was cold. The jalapeño poppers were only luke warm. I will wait patiently for hot food.
Ordered a fry for take out. Got this from them. When I called and asked what was up they said I was lying and that no one would... ever hand out a fry like that. The girl on the phone was crazy rude. They said they weren't going to do anything about it andthat this is a normal and totally acceptable fry. They said it is very old so the fries shrunk. Long wait time, initially ignored at counter, then received order, burger lukewarm and cheese looked a different color than... expected. 1 inch piece of bacon, only one, and worst of all the mozzarella sticks were dry, hard, overcooked. The food here is always fresh but the fries were so salty that we couldn't even eat them
Start with we went through the drive thru - It took at least 15 minutes for our order. No napkins. No bbq sauce. Rodeo burger... was so thrown together it was in multiple pieces in the wrapper. Whopper was beyond dried out with at least 6 table spoons ofmayo ???? fries were cold and soggy...terrible experience. I had to pull around the building to go in and get napkins and bbqsauce. The lady didn't even apologize when I told her why I needed them... She looked at me like I did something wrong. So Ithanked her for her pleasant attitude and for making us wait 15 minutes for cold food. Lazy LAZY staff. We were there 7.1.22about 7pm. Read more
